As the Operations Manager at Cool Springs Nursery Inc., I spearheaded sales and operations with a focus on efficiency and strategic growth. My achievements include turning around an underperforming division, implementing tech solutions, and enhancing customer satisfaction through transparent practices.
Beyond professional accolades, my commitment to excellence is reflected in my time as a former team captain of the Lees-McRae College Division II Soccer Team, earning the Fred I. Dickerson award for the highest GPA among student-athletes.
After 12 years at Cool Springs, the owners retired, and Jason received a job offer in CA. We embraced the change, explored new horizons, but ultimately realized our hearts belonged here. We returned, embraced our dream life in the mountains, and haven’t looked back since.
How did real estate become part of my story? Seeking my next venture, I focused on the fulfilling aspects of my previous job– building meaningful relationships, organizational excellence, and negotiation and problem-solving. With over a decade of owning and managing an Airbnb rental, real estate felt like the natural progression. I obtained my North Carolina and Tennessee licenses, and the rest is history.
